What is it?

Counsel Planner is an iPad and iPhone application developed and distributed on Apple's App Store. The app is designed for legal professionals who want to manage their legal diary, meetings, hearings, deadlines and case files directly from their Apple device.

No personal data collection

Counsel Planner does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to our servers. No registration is required to use the app. There are no accounts to create, no email addresses to provide and no passwords to set.

Your data — clients, case files, hearings, deadlines, notes — remains exclusively on your device and, if you choose to enable it, in your personal iCloud account. We cannot see, read or analyse any of it.

No activity tracking

The app does not track your activity in any way. We do not use analytics tools, third-party SDKs, tracking pixels or profiling cookies. We do not monitor how you use the app, which features you access or how long you spend in it.

☁️

iCloud and CloudKit

Synchronisation between your devices takes place via iCloud, using CloudKit. Data is encrypted in transit and stored in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to this data. Synchronisation is optional and can be disabled at any time from iOS Settings.

Apple Intelligence

Some app features may use Apple Intelligence, Apple's artificial intelligence system. Processing takes place on-device or via Apple's Private Cloud Compute servers, which are designed not to retain or expose your data. We do not send any data to third-party AI services.

📱

iOS and iPadOS

The app runs exclusively on iOS and iPadOS and complies with all Apple privacy guidelines. System permissions (notifications, system calendar, etc.) are requested explicitly and can be revoked at any time from your device's Settings.

Your data belongs to you

All data you enter into the app is your exclusive property. You can delete it at any time directly from the app, without contacting anyone.

Uninstalling the app from your device removes all local data. If you have enabled iCloud sync, you can delete cloud data via your iPhone or iPad's iCloud settings (Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage).

No sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent or share any information with third parties, advertisers, data brokers or any other entity. There are no data-sharing agreements with external companies. Your privacy is not for sale.

Security

The security of your data is guaranteed by the Apple ecosystem. Data synced via iCloud is protected by end-to-end encryption. Your device can be secured with Face ID, Touch ID or a passcode.
